Consent to Personal Data Processing by UTEAM

1. Data and purposes

This consent covers name, email, phone and position if provided, account and selected-product information, IP address, user agent, action timestamps, and support or application details. The purposes are account registration and administration, order processing, provision of UTEAM Club or UTEAM Coach, information security, evidence of legally significant actions, and responding to requests.

This consent does not authorise advertising messages, public disclosure, or use of the data to train models. A separate lawful basis and, where required, separate consent would be needed for any such independent purpose.

This consent does not cover player or child data, health information, or survey responses that a club controls and instructs UTEAM to process. The club is responsible for the lawful basis for that data.

2. Processing operations

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, disclosure to technical providers to the necessary extent, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated and non-automated means.

3. Duration and withdrawal

Consent remains valid until the stated purposes are fulfilled, the relationship ends and applicable retention periods expire, or it is withdrawn, whichever occurs first. Withdrawal may be sent to info@uteam.club. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. Processing may continue without consent where another lawful basis applies, including contract performance or mandatory record retention.

4. Providers and proof of consent

Infrastructure, payment and service-message providers identified in the Privacy Policy may be engaged. The Controller records the consent version, timestamp, relevant technical request data, and the related order or account identifier as evidence of consent.
