Terms of Service
Version and effective date: 2026-09-08
These Terms govern access to UTEAM Club and UTEAM Coach (the “Service”), a cloud software platform for sports-club operations and coaching workflows.
1. Contracting party and payment route
UTEAM is operated by ARTEM OGANISIAN, sole proprietor registered in Armenia, TIN 20393333. Commercial online sales have not started and checkout is not currently enabled.
UTEAM intends to use Paddle as its merchant of record, subject to successful verification, contracting and account activation. No agreement with a payment provider is active as of this version. If Paddle is expressly identified as the seller at a future checkout, its Buyer Terms also apply. The seller, payment provider, price, currency, taxes and renewal terms shown before payment will govern that transaction.
2. Account and permitted use
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use the Service lawfully. A club administrator controls invitations, roles and access within its workspace. You may not disrupt the Service, bypass limits, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale or use it to infringe third-party rights.
3. Product scope and health records
UTeam provides record-management, planning, communication and analytical tools. Health, injury and recovery information is entered and interpreted by authorised club specialists. The Service does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or generate medical advice, and does not replace qualified professional judgment.
4. Subscription, renewal and cancellation
The price, currency, billing period, taxes and renewal status shown at checkout form part of your order. Where recurring billing is enabled, the subscription renews for the displayed period until cancelled. You may cancel before the next renewal through the available billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the paid period ends.
5. Refunds
Refunds and duplicate or erroneous charges are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Customer data and privacy
You retain rights to the data you submit and confirm that you have authority and a lawful basis to process it. Clubs are responsible for permissions and notices relating to their players, staff and other data subjects. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement.
7. Plans, licence and intellectual property
Each plan includes only the functions, limits and usage period shown in the order or agreed proposal. During an active subscription we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for internal club or coaching purposes. UTeam software, design and original materials remain protected by intellectual property law. Customer data and customer-owned materials remain the customer's property.
8. Data export and deletion
Available export tools depend on the product and plan. Before account closure, customers should export data they must retain. Deletion and retention requests are handled subject to the Privacy Policy, contractual duties, security backups and mandatory legal retention.
9. Support, availability and liability
Support is available at info@uteam.club. We work to keep the Service available and secure, but maintenance, third-party failures and events outside reasonable control may cause interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without an absolute guarantee of uninterrupted operation, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
10. Suspension, termination and changes
Access may be restricted for non-payment, material breach, security risk or unlawful use. Material changes to these Terms will be published with a new version date; where required, users will be notified before they take effect.
11. Governing terms and disputes
The law and dispute terms identified for the seller at checkout apply to the relevant service relationship. If Paddle is merchant of record, Paddle's buyer terms govern the payment sale. Parties should first try to resolve a dispute by contacting support. Mandatory consumer protections and competent forums cannot be excluded.
