UTEAM
Football training-load monitoring: RPE and GPS
UTEAM Club brings player workload and wellness data into one club workspace. Staff use RPE, morning surveys and fitness tests, with imported GPS reports and ACWR available in the relevant plan. These tools support a history of player metrics instead of isolated messages.

A coaching workflow
- Agree on a consistent survey protocol: when a player responds and how the scale is understood. Consistent collection matters more than occasional extra measurements.
- Treat RPE as an individual internal response and GPS as a description of work completed. Interpret both alongside session duration and player context.
- Follow trends and discuss unusual changes with staff specialists. Use survey, test and imported-data histories when planning training.
What to consider
Metrics and ACWR do not diagnose conditions or predict an individual injury. The club enters or imports the data; an authorised specialist makes decisions. GPS modules are not included in every plan.
Frequently asked questions
- Can UTEAM import data from different GPS systems?
- UTEAM Club accepts CSV and Excel reports from GPS providers and lets staff map columns, metric names and units. Availability depends on the plan.
- Does UTEAM predict injuries from ACWR or RPE?
- No. These metrics give a specialist context about completed work and player response; they do not diagnose a condition or predict an individual injury.
