UTEAM

Football training session planning

UTEAM connects an exercise library with session preparation. An individual coach creates exercises and builds a session plan in UTEAM Coach. In UTEAM Club, staff can plan training and microcycles, add exercises and record player attendance.

Product interface: A session plan connects its objective with exercises from the coach library.

A coaching workflow

  1. Define the session objective and select exercises from your own library. Keep the description with the diagram so the plan reflects your coaching method rather than a list of exercise names.
  2. Arrange exercises into a session plan. Check how the preparation phase connects with the main tasks and the game context.
  3. After training, compare the plan with the work completed. In the club workspace, use attendance and available player data to prepare the next session.

What to consider

The coach determines the plan and exercise content. Coach supports personal preparation; shared club operations, teams and staff permissions belong to UTEAM Club.
